This Cookie Policy explains how Cogniqor BV ("Cogniqor", "we"), operating the TapPass platform, uses cookies and similar technologies on tappass.ai. For how we process personal data more generally, see our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies

Cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage and pixels) are small files placed on your device to make a site work, remember your choices, and understand how the site is used.

2. Cookies we use

Strictly necessary (no consent required):

• Authentication / session (the app at eu.tappass.ai) — keeps you signed in.
• Cloudflare — security, load balancing and bot protection.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — CAPTCHA on forms (anti-abuse).
• Consent preference — remembers your cookie choices.

Analytics and visitor identification (used only with your consent):

• PostHog (EU) — product and website usage analytics, to understand and improve the site.
• Snitcher — company-level website visitor identification (it matches your IP address to the organisation you are visiting from, for B2B marketing). It does not identify you as an individual.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

3. Third-party content

Some pages load resources from third parties (for example web fonts or embedded content). When they load, those providers may receive your IP address and basic device data. Non-essential third-party content loads only after consent.

4. Managing your choices

You can accept or reject non-essential cookies via the consent controls and change your choice at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; strictly necessary cookies cannot be switched off without affecting the service.

5. Retention

Cookie lifetimes vary by purpose, from session-only to up to 12 months. We keep records of your consent as evidence.
